We will pack your order in the safest, most cost effective method. Whenever possible we reuse cardboard cartons.

Damaged items
Packages carried by UPS are subject to UPS inspection,. If damage is discovered, please contact us immediately upon opening cartons. Hold damaged items and all packing materials for at least 5 days before returning to allow UPS to inspect if necessary.

Privacy Policy
Any information collected in the processing of your order, will not leave our office, will not be sold or otherwise conveyed to any other company. Our online ordering system is on a secure line. Authorize.net handles credit processing.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Any incorrect price listed on our site, will be corrected when invoiced. If such a change occurs, we will notify you and get your approval before we ship your order.

All warranties must be settled directly with the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Shipping outside of the USA
Is possible in select areas only. Upon your request, we will notify you as to whether or not we may ship to your area. International freight charges will be determined at the time of shipping. All shipping, handling and customs charges are the responsibility of the person to whom the package is to be delivered.
